where have we been?!

Well... so I started this blog with the best intentions to post at least once a week, but as you can see I have not posted since the 28th of august and I have so much to add. So, I think the best thing to do is to try and summarize each month really quickly to catch you up.

September: September was pretty uneventful in the Brewer house. We just attended to the daily grind, and started Tatum at her new school Grayson Christian Academy which she loooooves! Also, I turned 25!

October: Oh October...the beginning of the holiday season! Tatum decided she would be a lady bug this year which was fun. This was another pretty uneventful month for the Brewer's

November: November was a pretty big month in the Brewer house. Our sweet Tatum turned 3! It is hard to believe how fast she has grown. She had a birthday party with all her little friends at Jump in Land! After Tatum's birthday Kelly took me to ITALY! this was the trip of a lifetime. We spent 11 days celebrating our 5th anniversary in Italy and along the coast of Greece! Wow what a trip. It was truly amazing.

December: December brought Christmas and a trip to NC to visit Kelly's side of the family. It was wonderful to see them all and get to spend some time with them.

Okay, so... I know that was a really vague update but I think that brings me up to date on the big things.

Now to January: As many of you know Kelly and I have been trying for some time now to have another baby. It has been a long and heart breaking road with several losses, but we are constantly reminded that God is in control. In December we decided that we would try something else. With the suggestion of our doctor we decided to do IUI. (I will try and not freak any one out with the level of information I give) Since the beginning of the month Kelly has been giving me shots in order to help us get pregnant! we are now in our 4th week of shots and they tell me that I have 23 eggs! You read right, 23! they are hoping to get 3-4 of these to mature so that we have a better chance at getting pregnant. So, hopefully this weekend we will be having the IUI and then begins the horrible two week wait! It has been quite a journey, I will keep you all posted as to the progress.
